It is in exceptional condition: no chips, cracks or repairs, plating about 99.9% with little if any wear at all, long-lasting white kid leather pads in excellent condition. Just through the shop where it was adjusted and brought up into perfect playing condition. Not marked, but appears to be the AAAC-304A—their intermediate A with a hard-rubber (not plastic or composite) body is perfect for school programs, giving you excellent weather and crack resistance with a rich, warm tone similar to more expensive wooden clarinets. Undercut tone holes, silver plated keys, adjustable thumb rest, blued steel needle springs, two barrels and many of the other features normally found on professional clarinets make this one of the best playing A clarinets on the market under $1,000.
