This is a Disney Princess Palace Pets Birthday Party Mylar and Latex Balloons Set You will receive 11 Pieces: The balloons are double sided, the same picture appears on both sides of the balloons. (1) 35″ Disney Princess Castle Shaped Balloon. (2) 18″ Palace Pets Mylar Balloon (it is double sided, both sides are shown in the picture). (2) 18″ Hot Pink Heart Shaped Mylar Balloon. (6) 11″ Latex Balloons…2 Dark Purple, 2 Hot Pink, and 2 Light Pink. All my balloons are BRAND NEW deluxe helium quality from the manufacturer. They are not filled, you can fill at your local store, or rent a helium tank from your local party store or welding company. You can also air fill it and tape to the wall or attach balloon sticks. Please note that mylar balloons last about 1-2 weeks when inflated, although actual float time varies. The latex balloons last about 8-24 hours, so inflate them just prior to the party. I try to send the balloons in the manufacturers sealed packaging, but sometimes they are only available bulk and unwrapped so you are aware, but be assured they are Brand NEW. Please be aware that US Priority takes 2-3 BUSINESS days and First Class can take 5-10 BUSINESS days from the time I drop off your package to the Post Office until the time it reaches you. I can’t be responsible for slow shipping through USPS, sometimes they run fast other times slow-especially during holidays, weekends and vacation times. If you need 1-2 Days US Express- PLEASE EMAIL ME as sometimes I can do this-it depends on your zip code and location and my schedule for the day. I usually am busy packaging and shipping during the days and respond to email in the evenings. International Orders- I am no longer shipping International, unless the buyer realizes long shipping times. I have seen in the past few months shipping taking very long, sometimes taking between 4-6 weeks. This is due to increased freight scanning and longer customs holds, which is out of my control, but results in long shipping times. This causes angry buyers who then give me low feedback scores due to the longer shipping times. If you are OK with the longer times sometimes 4-6 weeks, I can allow you to purchase my items through ebay, let me know via email. If your items do take the longer times, please be kind and not punish my feedback for the longer times as the shipping times are out of my control. NYS Tax- Since I am a registered seller in the state of New York, I am required by law to collect the 8% NYS tax for all buyers who have their items shipped to a New York address.
