This it the listing for extra battery holder to go along with the RV-8 60E EZ-CG battery system in my other listings. This is NOT the complete system. This is to buy extra battery holders to go with the EZ-CG battery system. Have a spare or use several to place packs in for an even faster swap. I like to just put one on each of my battery packs so I never have to even take the holder off. Just simply swap packs with the holder already on between flights. See my listing for the complete system. These are available in the colors listed and seen in the swatch picture. These holders are 3d printed in PLA filament. They are printed on a support bed. Due to the design of the feet on the bottom that lock into the holes on the upper track design. So the bottom of the battery holder is suspended in air. So you add “supports” to the underside in the slicer software. Then the printer prints up to the bottom with a fast simple pattern that then creates a flat surface of which the actual part is the printed on. So the texture on the bottom of the battery holder is not smooth and shiny like a print that’s directly on the build plate. Just the way it must works with certain designs. So we want the entire top and sides to look amazing so we put the supported surface on the bottom of the part. Please be aware this bottom supported surface has a rougher texture unlike the rest of the print that’s very smooth. Nothing wrong and no way around it. I Just fine tune those support settings to get the cleanest release possible for the best supported finish I can achieve. And these come out very good. Very strong and made to last.
