This is a durable, low gloss single stage for a sleek low shine look without clear. The sheen can vary slightly depending on how heavy coats are applied, how many coats, and the speed of dry. Quart kits are only available with standard activator and reducer (medium). CHECK LOCAL REGULATIONS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH YOUR INTENDED USE.
