The steering responsiveness and the driving stability are enhanced by the directional tread design which guarantees close surface contact. The speed and accuracy of the steering response to the driver’s commands are increased, while the structure remains stable while under driving pressure. The cornering and maneuvering ability are enhanced by the shoulder block pattern with the high-density siping placement, as they ensure a firm grip on the road surface with extra biting edges. The model’s braking power is improved by the high-density siping placement across the directional footprint, which shortens the braking distance. These elements ensure more control for the driver. The tire features excellent winter weather traction due to its durable, winter compound and detailed directional tread. The tire’s ice and snow traction is boosted by the high-density siping placement across the tread area, which boosts the number of biting edges gripping the road surface. The winter weather performance is further boosted by the winter compound, as it keeps the rubber flexible in freezing temperatures.
